I grew up in a small school and have spent more than 20 years working in and leading them. I understand what makes these communities special—and how difficult it is to sustain them when leaders, staff, and resources are stretched thin.
After helping launch two schools, supporting two turnarounds, and growing enrollment by more than 50% in my most recent headship, I created Mission Built Schools to give small-school leaders something they rarely have: experienced operational support without another full-time hire.
